THE ROLE – Associate Account Director
We're looking to hire an experienced Associate Account Director who can lead client groups and teams to successfully plan and deliver services in one or more of our core service areas. This opportunity requires someone with abundant energy, expert problem-solving skills, and an inherent passion for social-first creative.
The ideal candidate will also bring significant experience in leading socially-led projects, managing long-term client relationships, and possess strong knowledge and experience in content planning, primarily for Instagram and Facebook, with TikTok and LinkedIn being a plus.
You'll work closely with your own team, as well as Strategy and Creative, to truly shape the role social media plays in advertising with clients. Beyond day-to-day leadership, you'll act as a daily source of inspiration and guidance, providing valuable insights and acting as a clear brief to the team.

- You will be leading client meetings, making sure they are purposeful and productive as you truly understand the client’s business and the category
- You provide day to day direction to ensure the whole team know where we are, where we need to go and how we’re going to get there

5+ year agency experience. Candidate with more relevant experience preferably in advertising agency will be considered as Account DirectorYou have strong communication and presentation skills, and you describe yourself as proactive, quick thinker and excellent problem solverYou are up to date on daily developments in social.
