Claims Officer / Claims Assistant (Claims Support / Data Analytics)

Job Summary

• Support the identification and implementation of digital transformation opportunities across the organization
• Collaborate with senior team members to design and deploy innovative solutions using emerging technologies

Job Accountabilities

oCreation of dashboards and visualizations tools that could facilitate better communication on the findings to key stakeholders to track and measure performance against agreed KPIs

oUtilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights and trends in claims data to support senior management in performance improvement & drive strategic decision-making align with company mission

oAnalyze data and generate actionable insights with SQL, Python, or R

oResearch externally for primary data sources, select relevant information in supporting & enriching data analytics

oAssist in building predictive models or machine learning solutions to solve business problems (if applicable)

oSupport end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure

oAssist in creating project plans, timelines, and deliverables using agile or hybrid methodologies, track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies

oAssist in developing test cases and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT)

oValidate that solutions meet business requirements and deliver the intended value

oMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including requirements, process maps, and user guides

oShare knowledge and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning
