Description :
KDB is seeking an Analyst / Associate to join its Hong Kong office, KDB Asia. KDB, which is wholly owned by Koreanernment, is one of the largest corporate banks in Korea. KDB Asia, a wholly owned subsidiary of KDB, is a Hong Kong incorporated bank with a restricted banking license and SFC licenses in Type 1, 4, 6 and 9. Both KDB and KDB Asia were Aa2 rated by Moody’s.
Essential Functions :
- Prepare presentation, credit memo (including corporate credit analysis, Legal review) and marketing material mainly for leveraged finance and M&A advisory
- Develop and review financial models within broadly defined guidelines
- Support deal sourcing activities and client relationship management
- Participate and support daily execution works on various transactions
- Work on Korean documents andmunicate in English
