Reservations Sales Agent

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling all reservation inquiries, bookings and answering customer inquiries via online platforms and incoming call
• Follow up on the reservation to ensure the booking is correct
• Preparing daily reservation reports for management review
• Working with superiors on manpower planning and management needs
• Conducting shift briefings if necessary
• All relevant hotel policies and procedures / training documentations have to be followed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Department Head
