Reservations Sales Agent

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling all reservation inquiries, bookings and answering customer inquiries via online platforms and incoming call
Follow up on the reservation to ensure the booking is correct
Preparing daily reservation reports for management review
Working with superiors on manpower planning and management needs
Conducting shift briefings if necessary
All relevant hotel policies and procedures / training documentations have to be followed
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Department Head

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma holder or above in Hotel Management or related disciplines

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel industry

Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

With more experience will consider as Senior Reservations Sales Agent

Willing to work on shift
