Responsibilities
- Manage the intensive schedule of the leader by arranging and co-ordinating internal and external meetings / conference calls timely and effectively.
- Handle intensive travel schedules and to follow through respective arrangements.
- Ensure professionalmunications with internal business partners and external customers..
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner inpliance withpany policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the key co-ordinator and provide secretarial advice within the function.
Reports and Meeting Materials
Collect and consolidate business reportsFollow up / consolidate relevant information for leaders' meetings with internal and external parties in a timely manner.Chase / prepare and check the meeting materials to foster efficiency of meetings / calls.Expense Control
Manage leader's expense claims according to corporate policies and procedures.Ensure expense budgeting, policy and approval process are in line, .Minimum Job Requirements :
