职位描述

Job Duties :

  • To implement IT initiatives from procurement, design, development, testing, deployment, system maintenance and enhancement, etc.
  • To develop, enhance and maintain IT systems using web-based, image recognition and database technologies
  • To assist in management of IT related matters related to voter registrations and election activities
  • To assist in the procurement exercises related to IT projects
  • To assist in the contract administration of outsourced IT services
  • To coordinate the relevant parties and perform system testing so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of IT systems
  • To carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement :

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 4 years experience in programming
  • At least 4 years in Java programming & web programming
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
