System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer (5-day work)

Key Responsibilities :

• User-Centric Solutions : Define and design system solutions that meet the needs of internal and external users while ensuring seamless integration with existing applications and platforms;
• AI Development : Plan and spearhead innovative developments in AI, analyzing evolving user trends to enhance our service offerings, optimize systems and team productivity;
• Team Leadership : Lead a software development team in creating and maintaining Web and Mobile Applications, Web Services, and AI / Machine Learning applications;
• Quality Assurance : Establish and implement software code quality assurance processes, along with unit and system testing strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Conduct code review, training, and mentor on best practices;
• Collaboration :  Partner with teams to align technical solutions with business goals

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role in software development
• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing projects
• Familiar with Claude ai, Deepseek , PHP and MVC frameworks, AWS / Alibaba Cloud solution deployment and administration
• Proficient in API, software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer
