About Your Company
Our client, a well-established Multi-Family Office and investment management firm serving institutional and high-net-worth clients, is seeking a dedicated Client Service Specialist to support seamless client servicing and operational excellence. This client-facing, non-sales role involves managing daily client service activities, efficient account administration, and coordinating across internal teams and external service providers.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the administration and service execution of client accounts and investment portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and onboarding processes for new clients and counterparties, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update client and counterparty databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organizations structure, investment products, and services to effectively resolve complex client inquiries and situations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to rules and regulations set forth by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong, particularly related to Type 1, 4, and 9 licensed activities.
- Support compliance and regulatory reporting requirements, including client risk assessments and transaction monitoring.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects as required by senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, service providers, regulators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and service excellence.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational processes and enhance client experience.
Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related fieldAt least 2 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager, Client Service Specialist, or similar role within asset management, private banking or a family office environment.Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and meticulous with a strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and senior management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and working efficiently under tight deadlines.Flexible and adaptable, able to handle ad-hoc queries and evolving responsibilities from various stakeholders.Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders including clients, service providers, regulators, and senior management.Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin).Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to Hong Kongs Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) licensing is highly desirable.Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with client relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.How To Apply
