Senior Manager, Quality - HK Sourcing Office

Department : Quality & Compliance Reports to : Director, Quality & Compliance Location : Hong Kong Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX : As Sr. Manager, Quality - HK Sourcing Office, you will spearhead quality excellence across Asia-Pacific manufacturing hubs while balancing strategic leadership with operational execution. You will :

• Lead a multinational team of Quality Managers, Quality Specialists and Technical Specialists across several vendor countries
• Serve as the critical liaison between Arc’teryx headquarters and manufacturing partners to align quality programs with brand standards and protocols
• Drive innovation in quality assurance through data-driven process optimization and preventive risk management Impact You'll Deliver :
• Consistent quality delivered with 95% Inspection Pass Rate (IPR) and 4% Total Defect Rate (TDR) across softgoods, hardgoods, and footwear categories

You will partner internally with Design, Product, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sustainability as well as externally with our vendor partners to identify and fulfill the specifications, quality standards and deliver all product commercialized and manufactured by our vendors.
