My client is a leading marketing insurance firm seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join their team and drive Agile practices across projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile development processes, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as a Project Manager by tracking project timelines, facilitating daily stand-ups, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Educate and guide the team on the differences between Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Organize and facilitate Agile events (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and report progress to the team and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
• Support the team in resolving impediments and enhancing productivity.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Cantonese to engage diverse stakeholders.
