We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented CDD Officer to join a global platform in Hong Kong.
Client Details
Our client is an established offshore law firm in Hong Kong with a strong fiduciary services business.
Description
As a CDD Officer, your main responsibilities will include :
- Performing detailed customer due diligence (CDD) checks.
- Assisting in the implementation of compliance programs.
- Monitoring client activities and transactions.
- Reporting any suspicious activities to the Manager of the team.
- Maintaining updated records of client information.
- Working closely with other compliance teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
- Staying abreast of regulatory changes within the professional services industry.
