We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented CDD Officer to join a global platform in Hong Kong.

Our client is an established offshore law firm in Hong Kong with a strong fiduciary services business.

Description

As a CDD Officer, your main responsibilities will include :

• Performing detailed customer due diligence (CDD) checks.
• Assisting in the implementation of compliance programs.
• Monitoring client activities and transactions.
• Reporting any suspicious activities to the Manager of the team.
• Maintaining updated records of client information.
• Working closely with other compliance teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to mitigate them.
• Staying abreast of regulatory changes within the professional services industry.
