Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality customer services to the customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome walk-in & phone-in customers according to the established service standard
- Handle customer enquiries and requests, and always seek advice from supervisor for proper handling of customer complaint as and when necessary
- Perform loan processing and administrative duties
- Assist in payment transaction such as disbursing loan proceeds and handle repayment over the counter

Secondary educationExperience in Consumer Finance / banking industry is preferableGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood knowledge of MS OfficeWith initiative, pleasant personality and willing to learnGood command of written and spoken English and Chinese
