Responsibilities :
- To achieve business goals and objectives, conduct outbound telemarketing activities of Card Loan / Personal Loan products to customers
- Cross-sell other Banking products and services when needed
- Conduct outbound call make to existing base customers and referral basis
- Answer customers’ enquires in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers
- Process all customers’ phone instructions strictly in adherence to Bank Policies and Procedures
