Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy and execution to strengthen market positioning and long-term growth
- Oversee marketing plans, promotions, and category initiatives in partnership with Sales
- Coordinate product launches with internal Sales teams and external stakeholders
- Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation for maximum impact
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital, or e-commerceBackground in consumer health, pharma, medical devices, or FMCG Marketing preferredStrong leadership, planning, and communication skillsSelf-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on approachNative Cantonese with fluency in written and spoken Chinese and EnglishProficient in MS Office (including Chinese typing)Immediate availability is highly preferredBenefits :
