职位描述Create, update, and resolve incident tickets using the ticket management system. Coordinate with relevant departments to address and resolve technical issues. Maintain documentation of ticket status and solutions provided. Continuously monitor system performance and uptime. Use monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues proactively. Generate alerts and reports based on system performance metrics. Produce regular system performance and activity reports for management. Analyze data and provide insights for system improvements. Assist in the development of ad hoc reports as needed. Provide first-line IT support to end users with software and hardware issues. Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users through solutions. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. 1-3 years of experience in system operation or IT support role. Experience in using system monitoring and ticketing tools. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule. A basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network management. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, UNIX, or Linux. Night shift rotation with flexibility in working hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We are seeking a dedicated System Operator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting user account creation, managing incident tickets, monitoring system performance, generating reports, and providing IT helpdesk assistance. This position requires night shift rotation to ensure 24 / 7 operational support.
