Your key responsibilities

• Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as financial institutions, retail, consumer products, media & entertainment, property development and management, education and health sciences
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions (the best together with RPA) with regards to the following use cases : Human Relationship ITSM Health & Safety
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients and commit to client satisfaction.
• Lead and / or active involve in business development activities to contribute to the growth of ServiceNow offerings.
• Participate in the career and performance development of the team by training new staff and providing timely and specific performance feedback. Foster teamwork and innovative, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery. Leverage ideas from other project engagements to enhance knowledge and create efficiencies
