About The Client

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Talent Management Manager to join their Group-level HR team. In this role, you will drive talent development initiatives across the region, ensuring the growth and success of their high-potential employees.

About The Role

As the Regional Talent Management Manager, you will be a key driver for talent strategy, working closely with senior HR and business leaders to identify, develop, and retain top talents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support country-level talent review meetings, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Facilitate talent development programs for identified high-potential employees.
  • Partner with senior HR and business leaders to create personalized development plans.
  • Maintain regular, high-touch communication with high-potential talent, providing career guidance and support.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of regional talent management initiatives.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of talent development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder with 8-12+ years proven experience as a Talent Management professional.
  • Experience working in sizeable corporations, ideally with Group-level and regional exposure.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, spoken and written.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and tactful communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and high-potential employees.
  • A strategic mindset and a passion for talent development.
