About The Role
As the Regional Talent Management Manager, you will be a key driver for talent strategy, working closely with senior HR and business leaders to identify, develop, and retain top talents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support country-level talent review meetings, providing guidance and expertise.
- Facilitate talent development programs for identified high-potential employees.
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to create personalized development plans.
- Maintain regular, high-touch communication with high-potential talent, providing career guidance and support.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of regional talent management initiatives.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of talent development programs.
Requirements
