Your new role

  • Act as a key contact for employee and HRBP queries related to health and wellbeing benefits
  • Liaise with external vendors to resolve issues, manage invoices, and monitor service levels
  • Coordinate and execute local and regional wellbeing events, including webinars and trainings
  • Collaborate with HR teams, employee networks, and wellbeing ambassadors to deliver targeted programs

What you'll need to succeed

  • 1- 2 years of experience in health and wellbeing, ideally within HR, consulting, or insurance
  • Strongmunication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in organising events and working with vendors is a plus
  • Cantonese & English fluency (Mandarin = bonus points)
  • Bonus if you've worked in banking / finance
