Technical Manager / Chief Engineer (E&M)

职位描述Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Strong leadership and effective communication skills Self-disciplined and detail minded A minimum 7 years' relevant working experience Able to work independently and self-motivated
Job Duties :
- In charge and provide recommendations for daily operations and maintenance
- Assist to report and schedule contractors for preventative maintenance to limit the downtime for all critical issue
- Experience in Apartments / Hotel / Property Management environment in relation to the maintenance or renovation is a plus
- Prepare annual maintenance budget
- Lead or participate in other ad hoc tasks whenever necessary
Requirements :
Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager / Assistant Chief Engineer
Working Location : Tsim Sha Tsui (Near MTR station)
