Lead and manage the E-Commerce team with 10+ team members
Manage the Shops in Amazon Marketplace, included but not limited to market & customer analysis, sales forecasting, products sourcing & merchandising, products’ listing upload, logistics and all follow up issues
Plan, analyze and supervise the SEM / SEO campaigns using Google Ads and Amazon advertising platform
Analyze the SEM marketing campaign reports to maximize the ROI
Manage product listing contents and search keyword optimization
Supervise the products’ sales and rankings, and make corresponding price adjustments and sales promotions, in order to boost the products’ sales
Manage and control team's expense and budget
Monitor the daily sales operations processes, including sales forecast
Manage and handle the sales orders and logistics issues
FBA inventory monitoring and replenishment
Handle the customers’ complaints and negative feedback, and manage the sales returns and refunds process
Assist to build up the SOP of E-Commerce team, keep the morale of team members and operate the Shops in Amazon Marketplace in high credibility
Perform regular and ad-hoc projects assigned by management
Requirements
Tertiary education in Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Business Administration, or relevant subjects
Having in-depth understandings with the rules, regulations and operations of Amazon Marketplace, and with hand-on experience in running business in Amazon will be a great advantage
5 years of practical experience in e-commerce fields, with at least 3 years supervisory experience in managing a team
Familiar with SEM marketing, SEO, PPC and Google Ads
Familiar in fashion or apparel retail online business is preferable
Excellent bi-lingual writing and communication skills in English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
