Job Responsibilities :
Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Assist with meeting room bookings and coordinate meeting logistics
Perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to travel and hotel arrangements, attendance tracking, etc.
Support office management tasks such as maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and managing equipment procurement
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Assist in organizing company events and activities
Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus
Immediate available is highly preferred
