Develop and implement the strategic vision for network and exchange operations
Maintain excellent network stability and ensures the consistent, reliable, and high-performance operation of fixed network to minimize the incident and fault rates
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to network operations, including the security operation centre
Coordinate with partners for effective exchange operations
Lead the customer fibre and microwave project team serving major clients
Manage team and guide the team in driving adoption of AI and digital transformation in operations
To Succeed in the Role
Bachelor’s degree holder in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 20 years of experience in telecommunications or network operations and at least 10 years in a leadership role managing teams and projects
Extensive knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and technologies
Familiarity with exchange operations and telecom standards
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
HKIE member with relevant certifications such as CCNP or PMP is preferred
