Handle enquiries and understand customers’ needs and expectations, prepare quotations, contracts and Event orders
Responsible for corporate / wedding planning and event proposal for clients
Meet potential clients and conduct site inspection and presentation in a professional manner
Coordinate with banquet operation team and follow up logistics for pre-event to ensure a smooth execution of all events
Identify business opportunities and maximize Events and Catering business revenue by applying effective sales strategies, conducting and monitoring sales activities in the team
Requirements :
3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry
Diploma or Degree holders in Hospitality Management, business, marketing or relevant disciplines
Professional communication and presentation skills
A good team player with outgoing personality and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, sales oriented, good sense of responsibility, committed to take challenge and able to work independently
Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
