职位描述University graduates in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Economics, Operation Research or equivalent; Holders of CFA or FRM an added advantage; Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking and Finance, with at least 2 years in similar positions; Good knowledge in banking products and HKMA requirements on capital adequacy, stress testing, interest rate risk and liquidity risk management; Good knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques with hands-on experience in database management or statistical tools, e.g. SQL, SAS, VBA, etc.; Good interpersonal skills and a good team player.
Job description
Role Overview :
- Support capital management functions, including regular review of ICAAP, Internal Capital Targets as well as Recovery Plan, maintenance of Risk Appetite and Risk Tolerance, Capital Management Policy and stress testing policies;
- Support the planning, enhancement and reporting of various stress tests, including Firm-wide stress test, ICAAP stress test, Supervisory-driven stress test, Recovery plan stress test, Capital plan stress test, Climate risk stress test, various portfolio stress testing and ad hoc stress tests for the Bank Group;
- Perform other ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.
