Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support to assigned clients
  • Well monitor & prioritize daily order submission, response client's enquiry in a timely manner.
  • Well manage troubleshoot and able to alert any potential complaints
  • Ad hoc duties assign by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Chemistry or other Science subjects, or other disciplines
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Putonghua
  • Proficiency in PC operation, excellent in MS words & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, team and customer orientated
  • Immediate available is preferred
