职位描述Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Information Systems, Digital Design, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in digital product management. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale emerce projects, ideally in ticketing, hospitality, or similar industries. Strong ability tomunicateplex ideas clearly and effectively across all organizational levels. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to align diverse cross-functional teams. Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to identify issues, evaluate options, and rmend practical solutions. Self-driven, proactive, and accountable with a strong ownership mindset. Knowledge of the theme park, hotel, or resort industry is a definite advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and executeprehensive, guest-centric, end-to-end product strategies that align with business goals and integrate digital and physical touchpoints.
- Drive and own digital product projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality oues that align with organizational priorities.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, designers, developers, vendors - gathering requirements, aligning expectation, and ensuring solution met the business need.
- Identify key challenges or inefficiencies in processes, product performance, or guest experiences. Evaluate potential solutions by analyzing data, risks, and trade-offs, and present clear rmendations to management.
- Optimize the guest journey across both direct and trade emerce channels, ensuring intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
- Mentor and provide guidance to product managers to foster their professional growth and strengthen the product team.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, market trends,petitor strategies, and evolving guest expectations to ensure products remain innovative andpetitive. innovation and relevance.
