Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of customer campaign initiatives, including system feasibility studies and implementation.
- Create and manage campaign sales tools (, leaflets, brochures, digital content) to support insurance intermediaries.
- Handle campaign appeals and enquiries across various channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Agency, Distribution, Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Participate in Product Implementation Taskforce and PGS meetings to align on campaign readiness.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews, track performance, and generate regular sales reports.
- Lead and support ad-hoc projects and coach team members.
Qualifications :
University degree with 10-15 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred.Proven experience in campaign implementation, including business requirement gathering, UAT, andmunication material development.Strong knowledge of product development, operations, and system processes.Excellent project management, interpersonal, andmunication skills.Resilient under pressure, results-driven, and a collaborative team player.Eames Consulting is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
