About the company

Our client is a leading household and personal care brand in FMCG market. They are looking for an experienced key account manager that in charge of eCommerce channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sale and promotion strategy for local eCommerce channels;
  • Generate sales growth and meet business goals;
  • Manage a team to handle channel routine operations including order management, inventory management, delivery arrangement, business analysis and reporting;
  • Build close relationship with buyers of EC platforms to formulate and implement promotional plans;
  • Coordinate on new products launch, stock level optimization and other account services; and
  • Drive channel growth and explore new opportunity by monitoring

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Business / Marketing discipline;
  • 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry, with minimum 3 years’ account handling experience in eCcommerce; Experience in team management is an advantage;
  • Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind;
  • Initiative, self-motivated, sales-driven and can-do attitude;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
  • Good commend of written and spoken English & Chinese; and
  • Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in PowerBI is a plus.
