Design 2 (HK) Limited invites applicants for the following Resident Site Staff position(s) for contract administration and construction supervision for the infrastructure works within Kai Tak Development area.

The candidates should have minimum academic / professional qualification requirements as follows :

• a) A Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; or
• 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or
• Successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or
• Successfully completed a recognised Craft Apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; and
• b) 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations / 3 years’ relevant experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations as RWSII or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; and

Conditions : Appointments will be made on Agreement Term with Design 2 (HK) Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government's terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The incumbent may be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to carry out supervision duties in Hong Kong, China or any designated workplace when required.

Design 2 (HK) Limited會以合約形式騁請，騁用條款將按受聘時政府採用的編制而定。受聘人之薪酬按資歷而定。受聘人將來可能因應工程需要於香港、中國或任何指定工作場所進行監督工作，可能需要不定時上班、超時工作及輪更工作 (當中可能包括於週六、週日及公眾假期)。
