Working time

  • 5 days work, Monday to Friday : 0845 -1800

Duties

  • Supervising installation of BS / E&M works
  • Testing & commissioning of systems of BS / E&M installations as per
  • requirements of the Contract and
  • Maintaining and updating all site records and necessary filing systems
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

    • Requirements

  • At least in possession of a certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience of maintenance of building in Hong Kong
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

    • Salary : $33000 / month
