Support Regional Sales Director to drive sales strategy for different sales channels
Assist Regional Sales Director on the implementation and execution of sales plans
Conduct regular account reviews on existing accounts in accordance to sales KPI and suggest solutions to close sales gap
Identify the needs and demands of prospects in accordance to the latest market trends to unleash business potential by suggesting new sales solutions
Responsible for the entire sales process, from lead acquisition, relationship cultivation, proposal preparation, terms and pricing negotiation, deal closing, and working closely with Client Relationship Management Team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Acquire new business to deepen relationships with prospects
Utilize existing prospect database to build good relationship with prospects to turn network into business
Identify, develop and build business networks and relationships from various channels and events
Maintain accurate record of client and prospect contacts, provide regular reports on sales activities and pipelines
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in Business / Finance or any related discipline
Preferred with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in finance industry. Candidate with previous experience in relationship manager role in banking industry are also wee
Knowledge in financial services or fund administration would be an advantage
Goodmand of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellentmunication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, presentation and prospecting skill
Ambitious, self-motivated, sales-driven with strong business acumen
Immediate availability is highly preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Development Manager
