职位描述Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology,puter Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in business analysis and / or project management, with a focus on projects in the financial services sector. Experience with low-code automation solutions, such as BluePrism and Power Platform in large,plex enterprise environments is a plus. Knowledge of Agile product development methodology and ways of working. Experience in working with geographically diverse team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams. Proactive and able to take initiative to drive projects forward. Capable of working independently and as part of a team, under pressure and with tight deadlines. Excellent written and spokenmunication skills with proven ability tomunicate with impact, drive consensus, influence relationships, and articulateplex information in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences including senior management. Detail-minded with a strong analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for software development teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that deliverables meet business needs.
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure that solutions are designed and implemented according to specifications.
- Assist in the testing and validation of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and the team.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project timelines.
