Role overview :
Channels Communications and On-site support to Corporate Clients : -
Responsible for the overall IVS target by working closely with different channels (agency / broker / bank etc) New Business and Renewal Teams
Achieve company IVS target by conducting different marketing activities
Grow up IVS sales performance by soliciting marketing opportunities e.g. up-selling IVS products to EB members and cross-selling to MPF members
Communicate with AE / ME, to arrange members briefing and provide on-site support to agency / broker for our corporate clients
Provide helpdesk sessions to our existing corporate clients to promote IVS
Offer support / workshop to agents / broker
District visit to agents to raise their interest on IVS
Create IVS and LIG sales opportunities from different campaigns
Gather client feedback and market / competitors’ update regularly for management review
Meeting various benchmarks : -
Ensure all commitments are delivered accordingly and all campaigns are completed
Ensure the compliance of internal procedure, policies, workflow, and service benchmark
Monitor the database / reports / queues / system closely that are used for measuring the benchmark and ensure they are properly updated and completed within the timeline
Review administrative procedures : -
Assist Sales Manager to review and update administration procedure in order to enhance operation efficiency and effectiveness
Develop control procedures on any risk areas identified
Other Responsibilities : -
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
Ideal Profile :
University graduate with minimum 8 years of sales / customer service experience of which at least 2 years in supervisory / managerial positions, or Form 5 graduate with over 10 years of sales / customer service experience with at least 3 years in managerial position
Preferably possess CFP qualification, Insurance and MPF Licensees
Good knowledge on Retirement schemes servicing , Insurance and Investment products
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and customer orientated
Outgoing personality with good presentation skills
Must be a team player and possess good leadership skills
Good time management skills and negotiation skills
Familiar with PC skills
Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
