职位描述Exposure to change management and user adoption in ERP, EPM, or digital transformation projects. Strong content creation skills, including : Professional PowerPoint presentations for executive and end-user training. Short reels and video content for communication and user learning. Engaging training materials (guides, FAQs, infographics). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to translate technical information into business-friendly language. Understanding of business applications and IT systems. A positive attitude towards change and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Ability to work in a virtual team and collaborate across different functions. Fluency in English and Cantonese

Junior Consultant – Change Management & User Adoption
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in change management, user adoption, or business consulting, with a strong background in content creation and communication. Exposure to ERP, EPM, or SaaS-based business transformations is a plus.
We are looking for a proactive and creative consultant who can simplify complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content to support user communication, learning and system adoption.
Project Delivery
- Supporting customers in change management and user adoption for their digital transformation project.
- Assisting in the creation of engaging content (PowerPoint presentations, short reels, and videos) to support user learning and communication.
- Collaborating with Solution teams to ensure user experience and training materials align with business requirements.
