TECHNICAL OFFICER

职位描述Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Building Study or related disciplines Not less than 3 years working experience in related works for commercial office / shopping arcade is preferred Experience in Property & Facilities Management or Consultant is preferred Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese Good PC skills; and preferably in AutoCAD
Responsibilities
- To carry out the A&A works and renovation works
- Liaise with internal parties and contractors to resolve operational problems in building facilities and prepare technical specification for upgrading / enhancement works
- Monitor and supervise daily operations & maintenance of E&M facilities
- Quotation & tendering document preparation and analysis
