Key Roles & Responsibilities
Acquire a good quality portfolio of new SME clients and grow both deposits and borrowing
Achieve individual & team financial targets and provide service to clients on their day-to-day banking needs
Active cross-selling on Trade Finance and other commercial banking products
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and successful deal hit rate
Collaborate with business partners and overseas offices to capture business opportunity
Perform regular financial & credit review on clients and prepare credit proposals
Comply with the Bank's policies and procedures on Mis-selling, KYC, CDD, Money Laundering Prevention, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree holder with qualifications in HKSI
Core or professional level of qualification under the Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) for Banking Practitioners in relevant stream(s) is preferable
Minimum 4 years of front-line banking experiences, with at least 2 years in relationship manager role / perspective
A proven track record in sales and client relationship building to SME client segment
A self-starter, team player and is passionate about the business
Able to work independently and under pressure
Solid presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Strong credit risk analysis, legal & regulatory, market / competitor knowledge
Outgoing and result-oriented personality
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
