Responsibility :
- To develop and explore new business to achieve sales target.
- To represent the company in negotiating and building up relationship with shippers and carriers.
- To perform Cold-calling and work to build a book of businesses.
- To develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of sales targets & profitability.
- To provide Sales Report to General Manager in the weekly sales meeting regarding sales performance.
- To manage the performance and development of the sales subordinates.
- To ensure full compliance for the team to adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- To coordinate with the operations and overseas branches as required.
- Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements :
Degree / Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines.5 years or above relevant sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain industry.Have a proven sales track record of business growth; strong business mindset and ability to develop good connection with clients.Good work-ethic, integrity, problem solving and analytical skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills with good English, Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).Working Location : 36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub (10-minute free shuttle bus service from MTR Tsing Yi).
Working Hours : 5 work days per week.
