Technology - Full Stack Engineer / Lead

You will join an innovative and fast-paced team driven to deliver business value for thepany and the clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the applications, collaborating with other developers and designers, and ensuring the quality and performance of the code. You will also be involved in the design and architecture of the system, as well as testing and debugging.

Job duties of this Role :

• Lead the design, development and implementation of large-scale system integration projects
• Supervise and work with on / offshore development team on coding and bug fix
• Create high level and detailed level requirement specifications for major and minor projects
• Allocate development task to team members, conduct hands-on development when needed
• Maintain timelymunications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensuremon understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area
• Liaise with business users for system requirement, testing, training and support
