Technical Lead - Agency Platform

• Play a key role in the ideation, design and creation of scalable high-performance digital solutions
• Support Digital Transformation and Innovation team in defining and managing strategic goals and deliverables for our digital channels and track implementation success
• Analyzes user requirements, their existing system workflow and procedures
• Assists supervisor to conduct front-end and back-end program coding, testing and prepares technical documents that adhere both deadlines and procedures of work
• Provides continuous improvement for existing systems and streamlines software development process to control software integrity
• Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization
• Implements IT solutions to meet user requirements and Company strategic directions
• Participates in quality management reviews
• Ensures smooth production run of application systems
• Full stack technical capabilities on web / mobile development, including technologies such as React / Vue, iOS / Android app development, Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, OpenAPI development etc.
• University / College graduate in computer science
• Possesses at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with knowledge on Insurance industry
• Preferably with experience on Cloud technology
• At least 3 years' experience is at the supervisory role leading team of development work

Competency

With Adobe Experience Manager / Adobe Analytic experience would be a plus.
