Job Duties

• Preparing cakes, pastry, desserts, chocolates and bread
• Operationg and monitor ovens, dough and slicing machines
• Preparing ingredients
• Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
• Monitoring food quality and hygiene
• Allocating Manpower and training staff
• Managing the operation of kitchen
• Assisting in other kitchen duties

Working Hours :

09 : 00-19 : 00 (1 hour Meal break)

Shift work is NOT required

9 working hours per day

Requirement :

Primary 6

1 year of relevant working experience

Language

Spoken : Little Cantonese

Reading and Writing : Fair reading and written Chinese
