Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Complaints and Enforcement), the appointee will be required to :
- handle enquiries, complaints and conduct enforcement inspections properly and timely;
- collect and analyse evidence for disciplinary cases in accordance with the PMSO and other relevant ordinances;
- carry out investigations and gather evidence for alleged disciplinary offences;
- assist in preparing various case reports and statistical reports, etc.;
- prepare for and attend disciplinary hearings and court as witness; and
- undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Tertiary education or above in any disciplines;A minimum of 1 year relevant working experience;Experience in handling complaints and customer service will be an advantage;Enforcement experience in governmental departments / statutory bodies / authorities will be an advantage;Good commend in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably attained Level 3 or above in HKDSEE, or Grade “C” or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in HKCEE, or equivalent);Good report writing skills;A team player with strong sense of responsibility and communications skills; andIndependent, empathetic, possesses good common sense and able to work under pressure.
