Responsibilities
- Define the scope and milestone of the development programs and deliver to entire staff
- Liase with business units to determine learning objectives, format and outcomes
- Work with regional HR teams to conform different training initiatives and programs in the corporate
- Deliver training courses for HK and PRC
- Support to develop and launch an e-learning portal
- Support the director to develop and roll out training & development programs
