The Department
Our Finance Department is responsible for providing financial analysis, planning, control and accounting services to the key business units within the Club. With the Club developing its business to meet new customer needs, Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role.
The Job
- Perform Accounts Payable duties include ensuring all inquiries, payments & invoices are processed accurately and timely
- Prepare the journals during month end / year end closing
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by preparing monthly reconciliations
- Responsible for T&E reimbursement process
- Assist other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
About You
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalentAround 5 year of hands-on accounting experienceExperience in Oracle will be an advantageProficiency in MS Excel and hands on accounting experienceSelf-motivated, independent and able to communicate effectively with all levelsGood command of spoken and written English and ChineseImmediate available is highly preferredTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
