Manager - Architecture

Major duties and responsibilities :

Assist Senior Managers in overall monitoring and project management of the construction projects from inception to completion

Handle overall project management including but not limited to project budget, cost control, programme, design quality, design co-ordination, construction supervision and contract administration

Liaise and collaborate with consultants and relevant government departments for the execution of project within budget, project time frame and meet with quality requirements

Provide technical support to the project team

Requirements :

Degree in Architectural or related discipline

Holder of certificate in construction safety supervisor is an advantage

Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience in project management in construction industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant manager

Experience with propery developer and / or consulting firm is n advantage

Proven experience in sizable high-end residential / commercial projects is highly preferred

Recognised professional qualification of HKIA or equivalent

Highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English

Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects

A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure

Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
