Relationship Manager Assistant (Wealth Management)

Responsibilities

• Act as the assistant of Senior Relationship Managers by providing support in the aspects of customer relationship management, system operation, clerical and information preparation, transaction execution, filing and back-end support
• Assist the Senior Relationship Managers in making appointments with customers, handling customers' transaction instructions and post-sales follow-ups, providing clerical and back-end support
• Handle the phone calls and reply the enquiries from customers on behalf of the Senior Relationship Managers if needed
• Visit customers if needed to follow up customers' transaction instructions and clerical work
• Assist the Senior Relationship Managers in customer analysis, check the MIS reports and systems regularly
• Manage the use of internal resources of the team, ensuring the normal operation of equipment, promptly handling of iing fax, managing the IDD and fax to overseas, etc
