Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management, including office paperwork, writing meeting minutes, preparing reports, reimbursement, etc.;
Organize, arrange and coordinate meetings and material;
Coordinate and arrange senior management daily schedules and business trips;
Other duties as assigned by the senior management.
Requirements
University degree holder with minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with formal secretarial training preferred;
Excellentmunication / coordination skills, multitasking ability, and capacity to respond swiftly to urgent matters.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint & Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
Goodmand of spoken and written English and Mandarin (Putonghua) is a MUST, cantonese language proficiency preferred
