Responsibilities :
Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by preparing client-related documents and other sales-related documents, including, but not limited to, quotations, tenders, invoices, etc.
Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on orders by liaising with customers, vendors, and internal departments, with professionalism and good mannerism
Provide professional after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships to maximize customer loyalty
Contact vendors and distributors for sales-related matters including, but not limited to, verifying stock availability, lead time, warranty of the products, etc.
Attend IT related meetings, events, and seminars
Other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned
Requirements :
Form 5 education or above
Knowledge and understanding of the IT industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Chinese word processing is a plus
Attentive to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet project deadlines
Demonstrated investment in personal growth and development with a strong sense of responsibility
A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
A good command of spoken and written English and Chines
